Binaural Headset
Howdy,
I've been using an AMBEO headset (collaboration between Sennheiser and Apogee) with my iPhone via lightning for several years - which is pretty cool. Great for immediate off the cuf recording with good quality. Wondering what other binaural low-profile recording devices you may like and have played with? Thanks much.

In the late 1970s I made my own portable binau kit with a butchered Sony Walkman h/p frame and 2 Sony ECM 50’s (omni). They rested in my ears perfectly.I still use them sometimes in the studio. The Ambeo’s are now my current travel kit. The mics sound amazing to me. (I make sure to keep the earbuds muted.)
