Los Lobos Revolution

Hi Tchad! I'm starting my final 4 classes in my production degree from Berklee and I've been given an assignment to choose a song and try to replicate the recording as closely as possible. Because I absolutely love your work and I'm apparently a masochist, I've selected Revolution by Los Lobos from Colossal Head. I'm just now starting to schedule tracking sessions and try to figure out how to reproduce the sound of that record. I know it would be completely ridiculous for me to ask you to remember details from a session that was recorded over 25 years ago but I'm wondering if you did any interviews around that time which I might be able to find or if any notes survive from the session.
