Hi there,
Hope you're well, you who read this.
I'm looking for honest headphones for mixing. I mix on monitors and look for a pair of headphones that sound true, give enough low end, medium, high ends without too much hype but more of all, that help in the process of mixing..
I'm curious what you use, Tchad, and others.. and why. Thanks!
Tchad, I just completed my registration. See you on the 15th! I'm looking forward to spending the day in the studio with you.
BTW, I'm weighing coming to your workshop in Paris.. not sure if it works time-wise and it's a little hefty cost-wise, but I'd love to spend a day with you in the studio!
Thanks Tchad, after I wrote this message, I saw the HEDD in the Likes section indeed, and had a look at the website. They're fellow Berliners, I'll try and get in touch.
The other pair people seem to love is the HD 800s. I'll probably try both and decide what touches me more.
I also don't think I can mix all in headphones nor do I want to. I'm not Andrew Scheps :) (kidding, he's not 100% doing that I know)
I've been Using HEDD hp's for w while now. There should be a link in the "Likes" gear section of this website. No hp's do it for me to mix completely but I can work on these for a good long while when I need to be quiet for the family.
